The Inner Circle is an intimate six-month container for women who are ready to live inside themselves with steadiness, trust, and self-respect.
Women who want to live in healthy feminine energy while holding healthy masculine structure, without becoming small, hardened, or competitive. Women whose bodies are changing. Women navigating health, hormones, intimacy, power, and identity.
The Foundation of This Work
At the heart of this container is safety in the body.
As safety increases, the nervous system settles, signals become clearer, and decision making becomes steadier.
The body begins to feel like an ally again.
Health is approached as a living relationship, one built through responsiveness, nourishment, and respect for changing rhythms.
You learn how to listen to your body and trust what it is communicating, rather than override or manage it.
As this relationship deepens, worry softens naturally, it is replaced by confidence rooted in lived experience. This is how evolving and aging with grace becomes real.
Intimacy, Relationship, and Self Trust
This is a space for intimacy with yourself first, and then in relationship.
You learn how to be open without over-giving, and you strengthen your ability to stay connected without losing yourself. You learn how to be honest without fear or collapse.
The work includes relational healing with men and with other women.We explore how to hold feminine receptivity alongside masculine structure so power stays clean and softness stays intact.
Over time, presence becomes natural, confidence becomes embodied.
You stop dimming, forcing, or competing because you no longer need to.
What’s Included
This Inner Circle includes everything in the SPL Year-Long experience, plus additional proximity, guidance, and private support.
Specifically, you receive:
• Monthly 2.5 hour small-group mentorship call with me
• Space for reflection and live hot-seat coaching during calls
• Private WhatsApp thread with me for ongoing support and integration
• 1 private 1:1 session during the 6-month container
• Full access to all SPL teachings, seasonal rhythms, and resources
This container is intentionally small to preserve depth, safety, and relational integrity.

Founding pricing for the Inner Circle:
• $4,800 paid in full
• $888 per month for 6 months

On February 15, 2026, I will host a dedicated informational call focused solely on the Inner Circle. During this call, I’ll share more about the rhythm of the work, the nature of the container, and answer questions.
If, after the call, it feels aligned, you’re invited to submit the application form at the bottom of this page. Once your responses are reviewed, I’ll reach out to schedule a 20-minute discovery conversation.
