What often happens in life is that we allow our personality to dictate our path, leading us to forget our Soul
My Philosophy
The personality is the aspect of you that clings to physical appearance, intellectual status, financial success, or social standing. It encompasses everything you’re attached to in your daily life, including traits that might seem more negative, such as feeling like a martyr, constantly perceiving life as unfair, or believing that things are always being done to you.
This personality construct is essentially an idea of who you are. However, beyond this surface level, there is a deeper Soul’s journey. When there is a disconnect between the personality and the Soul, it often leads to suffering, such as depression, anxiety, and a sense of hopelessness. In these moments, we might seek external solutions, like hoping a relationship will fix us or turning to substances and distractions to numb the pain.
Yet, no external remedy can truly address this inner disconnect. My deepest desire is to support you in feeling truly seen and understood, connecting with the essence of who you are beyond the personality.
